    This place is trash. The only redeeming feature are the friendly staff. They cannot make up for the fact the storage units are overpriced (went up 30% in 12 months - be aware they will jack the prices the longer you stay). All my belongings are covered in industrial layer of dust and rats ate through the couch. Spent over $3000 in a year only to have to throw most stuff away and insurance covers nothing.

    National Storage Brooklyn was competently and pleasantly run for the 9 months we used one on their sheds in 2021. Tim and the team went over and above to accommodate any of our requests. Thank you.
