They cannot make up for the fact the storage units are overpriced (went up 30% in 12 months - be aware they will jack the prices the longer you stay). All my belongings are covered in industrial layer of dust and rats ate through the couch. Spent over $3000 in a year only to have to throw most stuff away and insurance covers nothing.
