I received full and appropriate customer service even I said I am not planning to buy anything at this stage.

Seems like customers are an inconvenience to him. He could not have been more disinterested in my project. To add injury to insult he turned out to be incompetent. Order a Wattyl Titanium white sample pot and it comes out sky blue. Order a Wattyl Stalactite white sample and it comes out grey. Waste of an exercise and waste of time driving back for a refund. Wouldn't have bothered but they charge $7 for a sample pot and I bought four. Competitors charge $1.20. I pointed out to Ian that he was the one who mixed the paint incorrectly but he was too full of himself to even offer an apology. Look elsewhere.
